Had a Collision? Here's What to Expect:
Reach out to your insurance provider. Then, give us a call, stop by, or schedule your appointment online—whatever’s easiest for you.
We’ll prepare an initial estimate for your repairs. Your insurance company will review and approve it.
Share your contact info and choose how you’d like to receive updates—by phone, email, or text.
We’ll take your vehicle apart to uncover all damage. If anything new comes up, we’ll work with you and your insurance company for approval.
Once everything’s approved, we’ll get to work. We’ll keep you posted on the estimated completion date.
All repairs follow your vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines. We’ll also perform a thorough first quality check.
We smooth and sand the surface, then apply primer, paint, and clear coat. Another quality inspection ensures everything looks great.
Your vehicle is carefully reassembled, and we’ll send a reminder when it’s ready for pickup.
